Step 4: Observing when one’s mind is in a subconscious stage

Meditation to explore your mind
While praying, you can notice whether your mind is already in sub -consciousness or not. Calm-hearted infers to the stage that you have abandoned both love and hate away, and then your mind becomes neutral. This subconscious condition differs in each individual. It is called ‘Ga ya lah hoo ta chit ta la hoo ta’ which means your body is relaxed and your mind is in the same stage as well. ‘Ga ya moo thoo ta chit ta moo thoo ta’ is your body and mind soften. ‘Ga ya pas sat thi chit ta pas sat thi’ refers to peacefulness cwome into your body and mind. ‘Ga yoo choo ga ta chit too choo ga ta’ is your body and mind become determined. ‘Ga ya pa khoon ya ta chit tag am man ya ta’ means your body and mind are active, not tired, hungry, or even have a backache or  a lumbago. When you feel free and relaxed, it means that you have reached the subconscious stage.  After that, you can stop praying and control your mind to stay at the stage until you feel tired again. This is so called ‘delicate prayer’.
