Step 3: Repetition of prayers

How is repetition of prayer
About prayer for meditation, You have to survey your own emotion whether it is a good or bad temper. If you fine you are happy, you should realize that you are influenced by happiness. On the other hand, if you are in a bad mood, you yourself should be aware of such bad things which make you mad. You should put your soul between those two sides: good and bad, As standing between both sides, you should better standing at the center of a three junction without heading to any direction whether to the left or the right even go backwards and forwards. Controlling your mind, you can repeat any prayer that makes you conscious such as saying "phoot tho" three times instead of saying "phoot tho tham mo sang kho". This helps you be aware of what you are going to do and abandon tempers whether love, hate and so on. Indeed, this is a way to lead you stay in sub-consciousness and to do things intentionally.
